**PGT Physics Teacher**

The PGT Physics Teacher will instruct senior secondary students in physics, preparing them for board examinations and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum, covering topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics.
- **Instruction**: Teach physics concepts using various teaching methods and technologies to cater to different learning styles.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- **Laboratory Work**: Conduct experiments and practical sessions to enhance student understanding of theoretical concepts.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Organize and participate in activities such as science fairs and workshops to foster a passion for physics.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest developments in physics education and integrate innovative technologies into teaching practices.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or equivalent teaching certification.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to manage a dynamic classroom and handle diverse learning needs.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
