Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Physics lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
- Use demonstrations, experiments, and visual aids to simplify complex concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.

**Classroom & Student Management**
- Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment.
- Address individual learning needs and provide extra academic support when required.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

**Academic Support & Development**
- Prepare students for examinations through structured revision sessions.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and emerging teaching methodologies.

**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Prepare periodic progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, standards, and academic procedures.

Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of Physics and related pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching.
- Passion for student learning and holistic development.
- Organized, adaptable, and committed to academic excellence.
