We are urgently looking for an operations executive with a **travel background only.**

Our Service - Managed transportation Shuttle service SAAS Fleet Management corporate rental cars.

Operation executive -Business travel solutions (BTS)

Experience - 0-2 year ( Mandatory Car rental experience )

Knowledge in industry transportation and DHL

Industry - Mobility / Transportation ETS

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Arrangement for the corporate car for rentals basis
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better rate and/ or condition.
- Handle travel operations
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
- Follow up with drivers for pre-journey confirmation as per fixed schedule and vehicle readiness
- Good understanding of car pricing for pan India.
- Prior car rental experience will be preferred. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is desired.

Skill
- Should have good Oral, and written communication and listening skills.

Understand pricing benchmark

Good in advanced Excel (Proficient in MS Office).

Should be patient enough and quite motivated to learn new things and execute them effectively on a day-to-day basis.

Ability to Learn new things as challenges

Ready to explore in market for vendor coordination

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
