**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good command of English and/or local language as per job requirements.
