We are seeking dedicated and experienced female tele-callers to join our dynamic real estate team. As a tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents.

*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our database.
- Introduce our real estate services and offerings to prospects.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for property viewings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and outcomes.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate tele calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or appointment goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi).
