**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage all functions of purchasing and product procurement including co-coordinating with
suppliers/vendors regarding preparing of purchase orders, shipment dates and delivery
dates
- Recording of purchase and maintaining database of stocks in the system. Preparing Product
master and its timely correction.
- Maintain current and accurate files of vendor prices in spreadsheets and software. Maintain
records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
- Maintains files of descriptions of available suppliers/prices with their respective details
- Follow up with the vendors for stock supplies to ensure that products are shipped and
delivered on promised dates
- Tracks the status of back orders and inform appropriate departments of any issues.
- Works with account teams for reconciliations/payments to suppliers
- Follow up with the salons for the physical count of inventory - Retail/Professional and
equipment fortnightly.
- Following up with the Franchisee that consumption / professional products once fully
- Reconcile actual stock count to system stock and report discrepancies if any immediately.
- Conduct surprise inventory verification monthly.
- Preparing of weekly and monthly report with regards to Product consumption. Analyse fast
movers, slow movers. Keep an eye on top selling products and convey it to the team.
- Track the products which are near expiry and get it replaced from the vendor/supplier asap.
- Inventory control management - Monitor and maintain as on date inventory levels and
schedule restocks.
- Follow FIFO methodology for all Stock inwards.
- New Vendor identification and its development. Negotiating with supplier for a win-win
situation
- Ensure timely delivery of good to all store locations.
- Performing all other task given by the Management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Head office Mumbai Maharashtra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
