Job Title: Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

- Oversee inbound receiving and stowing process for new shipments.
- Perform inventory checks for products as well as packaging and shipping materials.
- Track shipments, record returns and RTOs and coordinate with customer support team.
- Good understanding with MS Excel & Google Sheets.
- Strong passion for learning in a young start-up environment in an operations role.
- Ability to be hands-on and assist in fulfillment of customer orders as required.
- Inventory tracking: Oversee the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
- Inventory control: Help count, examine, move, order, and dispose of stock as needed
- Inventory planning: Play an influential role in inventory planning and strategy
- Inventory management: Ensure your organization has the right amount of stock to meet customer needs and avoid overstocking items
- Inventory analysis: Analyse daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Inventory reporting: Report any issues with inventory management systems or other employees to their managers
