**We’re looking for a passionate Sales Intern to join our team.**

**Job Title**: Sales Intern (Field Work)
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Type**: Full-Time Internship
**Stipend**: ₹5,000/month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Approach potential clients in person to promote Outdoor Monk's hoarding placement services. Identify key businesses, brands, and local vendors that could benefit from outdoor advertising.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with decision-makers, local businesses, and real estate managers to present the benefits of advertising through hoardings, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- **Field Sales**: Actively visit potential advertisement locations (markets, malls, busy streets, etc.) to identify opportunities for hoarding placements and follow up with clients to close deals.
- **Market Research**: Understand the local advertising landscape, competitors, and client needs, providing insights to the team to improve outreach strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, helping to establish long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and potential sales opportunities. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant degree (Marketing, Business, etc. preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable with on-field work and traveling within designated areas.
- Ability to quickly understand the advertising industry and explain our services to potential clients.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
