We are looking for an organized sales and marketing executive to assist in the on-ground activities within the target market of schools and colleges of Ludhiana and other parts of India through channel partners. The responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engagement with educational institutions, edtech consultants, digital marketing, outdoor and promotional literature. The sales and marketing officer represents the college brand and drives strategies to increase awareness by showing presence in the market with students, teachers, owners and opinion leaders across the education sector at Senior secondary schools (10+2) and undergraduate colleges.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
Promoting the college education portfolio across schools and colleges

Creating awareness of Synetic College and its unique offerings

Conducting presentations

Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Conducting mass and one-on-one counselling sessions with students at schools, academic institutions, etc.

Maintaining relationships with channel partners and consultants by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new opportunities.

Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

Experience in college/education sector will be an advantage.

Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

Self owned two wheeler

Full Knowledge of Ludhiana city

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

The ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
