**Job Description: Helper/Chef for Lebanese Restaurant**

**Location**: Indore, India
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)

Nazif is a prominent Lebanese restaurant in Indore, known for delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Helper** or **Chef** to join our team and grow with us in bringing the best of Lebanese cuisine to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Lebanese dishes (e.g., hummus, falafel, shawarma, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes) as per recipe guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Take initiative to learn and improve culinary skills under supervision.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in cooking or kitchen assistance (Lebanese cuisine experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and a willingness to learn Lebanese cuisine.
- **Attributes**: Hardworking, reliable, and passionate about food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
