**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage and manage in outbound calls to follows generated leads and schedule appointments with potential clients & consultant.
- Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through their weight loss journey.
- Utilize CRM software to effectively manage customer interactions, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Managing the social media queries and handle the platforms.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior (0-6 month) experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

**Required Skills or Expertise**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Convince skills & quick learner.
- Proficiency or aware about CRM software or system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
