**Job Title: 4 Callers**

4 Full-time Position on-site in Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai for 9 hours total where-in 8 hours are working and 1 hour is break

**Payment**: 16,000 to 20,000 per month depending on skill and ability

**Responsibilities**:

- Learning and understanding the provided talking scripts and relevant information.
- Making outbound calls to potential prospects to promote our products / services / opportunities from a given lead database.
- Make outbound calls to potential business partners and schedule meetings with our executive staff.
- Handling incoming calls from existing or new customers to explain our services and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Completing any other tasks provided by their department heads or any company executives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English & Hindi.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. However, freshers will be allowed if we deem them to be capable of effectively completing their tasks.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Note**: If you have the ability to speak any additional languages except English and Hindi, please mention the language in your CV / Resume, but ensure that you can speak the language proficiently.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
