**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

Must-Haves
- 1 year of sourcing / recruiting/ researching experience
- Experience with a Market research company is an added advantage
- Experience with tools to find contact information and enrich lead lists is required
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems, job portals, skill communities
- Should have managed 7+ job positions in parallel at any given time
- Experienced in various sourcing techniques including Boolean, X-raying, etc.

Nice to have

Experience with hiring in Architecture, IT & engineering industry
