**Responsibilities**
- **Technical knowledge**:Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting procedures.
- **Customer service skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- **Organizational skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- **Problem-solving skills**:Ability to analyze issues and find efficient solutions.
- Receive and log customer service calls regarding HVAC issues.
- Schedule appointments for technicians to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding service costs and estimated repair times.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- **Dispatching and Scheduling**:
- Assign service calls to available technicians based on their expertise and location.
- Monitor technician schedules and re-schedule appointments as needed.
- Track technician progress on service calls and ensure timely completion.
- **Parts Management**:
- Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and supplies.
- Order new parts as needed to fulfill service requests.
- Track part usage and costs.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Generate service reports and invoices.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Maintain service records and warranty information.
- Prepare reports on service performance metrics.
- **Technical Support**:
- Provide basic technical support to technicians regarding troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with technicians to identify complex problems and solutions.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
