Pellets Operator

**Production Operator - Pellets (Pharma Industry)**

**Qualification**: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm (preferred).
**Location**: Wada, Maharashtra
**Experience**: 2-4 years (Pharma Industry - Formulation)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision of Manufacturing Lines**
- Operate and monitor **Glatt machines** in the Pellets department.
- Check and control all process parameters during manufacturing.
- Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory requirements (WHO, EU-GMP, Turkey).
- Maintain safety of equipment and team members.
- Perform cleaning of equipment and area as per cleaning SOPs after process completion.

**Online Documentation**
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Update machine daily log records, equipment status labels, and cleaning labels.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

**Cross-Department Coordination**
- Coordinate with Engineering for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Work with QA/QC for in-process checks and material approvals.
- Ensure calibration and qualification status of equipment.

**Technical Skills**:
Hands-on experience in operating and monitoring:

- Fluid Bed Processor (Glatt 60, 120)
- Extruder Cum Spheronizer
- Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
