We are currently hiring a **Machine Helper** to support our machine operators in ensuring smooth and continuous plant operations. This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the machine operator in daily operations of the plant.
- Ensure the machine is constantly supplied with sufficient pellets.
- Change paper rolls required for yarn spinning.
- Perform basic support tasks as required to maintain consistent production flow.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines at all times.

Please Note: The actual job responsibilities will be explained in detail during the interview process.

**Working hours**:

- **Shift Duration**: 12 hours per day
- **Work Schedule**: 30 days per month (No holidays)
- Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours if needed.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required - training will be provided on-site
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
