Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Machine Helper to support our machine operators in ensuring smooth and continuous plant operations. This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the machine operator in daily operations of the plant.
  • Ensure the machine is constantly supplied with sufficient pellets.
  • Change paper rolls required for yarn spinning.
  • Perform basic support tasks as required to maintain consistent production flow.
  • Follow safety and operational guidelines at all times.

Working hours:

  • Shift Duration: 12 hours per day
  • Work Schedule: 30 days per month (No holidays)
  • Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours if needed.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required – training will be provided on-site
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
