Job Description Being A Part Of Network Operations Team At CloudConnect You Will Be Required To Do Following
- Vendor Management Including Initial Connectivity, Configuration, Incoming/Outgoing Issues, Outage Issues
- Incident Management-Troubleshoot, Reproduce, Root-Cause Analysis, Escalation And Follow Ups
- Daily Calls, Feature Testing, Application And Platform Testing, Server Accessibility And Connectivity
- Create Various Documents And Reports Like Network Flow, Call Flow, Invoicing Report, Pending And Running Issues
- Handle Escalations Of Platform, Mobile, PSTN
- Handle Portal Configuration And Accessibility
- Manage Server Accessibility, HDD Monitor, Server Load Monitor, Security Management
- Network Infrastructure Management-Existing Devices, Device Upgradation And Enhancement Skills Set Required
- Good Communication Skills In English Both Verbal And Written
- Decent Personality
- Willing To Learn, Open To Change And Self-Motivated
- Open To Travel
- Networking Skills Both In Software
- Knowledge Of VOIP/SIP Protocol
- Server Troubleshooting And Maintenance Experience
- Basic Skills Or Hands On Experience On LINUX Systems
- 24*7 Availability Or Ready To Work In Both Day And Night Shifts

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
