Network Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, server and network operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and business management skills to drive efficiency, ensure uptime, and deliver excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networking, and system uptime.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor network and server performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Handle business modules including costing, budgeting, and financial oversight of operations.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve organizational and project goals.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (Technical / Management background preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in IT operations / network operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, server management, and networking systems.
  • Proven track record in handling costing, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Excellent client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
