**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Customer Relationships: Initiate and maintain effective conversations with customers over the phone in various Indian languages.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-up calls, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and suggest strategies for increasing sales and product visibility.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to converse confidently over the phone in Indian languages, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to engage effectively on behalf of the company.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and online promotions.
