**Job Title: US Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)**
**Experience: 4-8 Years**
**Location: Kharadi / Onsite**
**Shift: US Shift Fixed Shift ( 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST )**
- Work with MSP/VMS models and ensure compliance with client hiring processes.
- Recruit for a diverse range of industries, including IT, Engineering, DOD-Federal Projects, and Healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with US visa regulations (H1B, TN, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Utilize various recruitment techniques, such as headhunting, networking, referrals, job portals, and internet-based sourcing tools.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms effectively to ensure a successful hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 4-8 years of experience in US staffing, recruiting for IT & Non-IT roles with direct clients.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, including work authorizations (W2, Green Card, US Citizens, etc.).
- Prior experience working in an MSP/VMS model.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job portals like Dice, Indeed, Ciepal and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment.
**Education & Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
