We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Recruiter to join our on-site team in Pune, Kharadi, and help us find top-tier talent to fuel our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Leverage recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
