Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Work Executive to join our team and support our billing software operations. As a Field Work Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our billing software solutions. You will work closely with our clients to ensure seamless implementation and provide ongoing technical support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to install and configure our billing software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific billing requirements and customize the software accordingly.
- Provide training to clients on how to effectively use the billing software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our technical support team, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team to improve the software based on client needs and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
