**Job Title - Admin cum Business Development Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

2. **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of business operations, meetings, and project documentation. Prepare and manage reports for upper management as required.

4. **HR Support**: Assist with HR-related tasks like employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.

5. **Calendar Management**: Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for executives and team members. Manage the calendar and ensure timely updates.

6. **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips, conferences, and meetings.

7. **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Provide general administrative support to senior management and team members as needed.

**Business Development Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other marketing initiatives.

2. **Client Acquisition**: Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, presenting business offerings and closing sales.

3. **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the client’s needs and the company’s offerings.

4. **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

5. **Sales Target Achievement**: Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

6. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

7. **Collaboration with Teams**: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals and offerings.

8. **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead the negotiation process with clients to close business deals and contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
