We are actively searching for a strong Commis 1 with knowledge of Continental/Italian cuisine and English language skills. Experience in cold appetizers, plating and setting up of appetiser counters is preferred.
- Should be creative in cooking ideas.
- Setting up of appetiser counters when required.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Ensuring the preparation and cooking of the food is done in a timely manner.
- Following proper quality standards of the recipes & training provided.
- Following the production schedule & SOP's as per the training given by the head chef
- Maintain proper inventory of all raw material and packaging material.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Culinary degree or certification and relevant experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
