The Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify target markets and demographics to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales support tools.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the [specific industry or sector].
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
- Salary - 2.6LPA - 3.5LPA
- 5 working days.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
