- Accounts Payable_
- We are looking for professionals having relevant years of experience with Accounts Payable in managing Invoice Processing, helpdesk & payments in ERP systems like SAP, JDE._
- Responsibilities_
- _Should have team handling experience with a size of 35+ team members_
- _Experience in AP on invoice processing, Helpdesk, Payments & other activities like GRIR, Vendor recon_
- _Should possess excellent communication skills_
- _Overall operating and regional delivery lead to liaise with key business functions like Finance controllers, GBS leaders and other key stakeholders_
- _Manage internal & external report outs of KPIs and SLAs_
- _Manage end to end Customer & stakeholder relationship for creating user experience_
- _Problem solving and influencing skills_
- _Strong knowledge of Industry standards and best practices of P2P_
- _Thought leadership to drive process transformation, identify improvement opportunities, ensure minimum attrition, stable operations,_
- _Monthly 1-0-1 of Team leads to earmark their career path and growth_
- _Liaise with GBS stakeholders, Procurement, Supply chain for benchmarking of AP and drive efficiency, standardization and create function level COE_
- _Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts_
- _Ensure service deliverables within TAT and SLAs_
- _Engage with GBS & business stakeholders on Escalation management_
- _Drive tight knits periodic governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)_
- _Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities and Helpdesk_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_
- Preferred Qualifications/Skills_
- _Experience in Accounts Payable tasks & delivery, Reconciliations, Helpdesk_
- _Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders_
- _Ability to handle a team size of 35+ members_
- _Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have_
- _Presentation skills_
