AP/PTP (Helpdesk) Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AP/PTP (Helpdesk) professional to coordinate the Accounts Payable function and assist associates in identifying and implementing improvements. As a subject matter guide with relevant experience in the accounts payable process, you will play a crucial role in driving change for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices with PO & Non PO
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
  • Production planning on a daily basis and allocating inflow volume to team members
  • Good knowledge of Excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting, and cleansing data
  • Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections
  • Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying doubts and confusions
  • Ensure SOPs are reviewed frequently and the latest updates are incorporated post-client sign-off
  • Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions for invoices and releasing them for payment
  • Review incoming supplier/internal customer requests for specialty payments
  • Create and pay specialty payment processes
  • Process and research items related to manual check processes
  • Research and complete compliance reports for areas considered control as defined by the client
  • Utilize multiple systems and process documentation to complete tasks
  • Must be able to communicate with clarity and confidence decisions regarding payments or non-payments of invoices or special requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa is preferable
  • Practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now is preferable
  • Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, good analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
