Job Title: Accounts

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Document Collection**: Gather, review, and organize all necessary documents related to accounts payable transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and expense reports.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organized filing system for accounts payable documentation, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
- **Batch Payments**: Prepare and process batch payments accurately and efficiently, verifying payment details and ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
- **Invoicing**: Handle the invoicing process, including validation of invoices, matching with purchase orders, and entering data into the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
- **Payment Processing**: Execute payment transactions through various methods such as checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- **Vendor Relations**: Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other accounts payable-related matters, maintaining positive and professional relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
