**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assess inbound and outbound calls for compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to agents to enhance performance and improve call quality.
- Evaluate customer interactions to ensure accurate information delivery, effective problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to identify process improvements, root causes of issues, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and update quality standards and guidelines in line with company policies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in QA within a voice process, preferably in international settings.
- Good understanding of quality metrics and customer service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in international QA processes.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and call center operations.
- Familiarity with QA tools and software.
