**Job Summary**:
The Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions through voice channels in an international BPO setting. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Communication**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, requests, and issue resolution.

2. **Product/Service Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate and assist customers.

3. **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

4. **Documentation**: Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the designated systems.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to quality standards and procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous manner during interactions.

6. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive customer service.

**Requirements**:
1. **Experience**: Previous experience in an international BPO voice process or customer service role.

2. **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (and other languages as required).

3. **Problem-solving**: Ability to analyze problems and provide viable solutions.

4. **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, call center systems, and basic computer proficiency.

5. **Customer Focus**: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.

6. **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing BPO requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related fields.

This role involves active engagement with customers through voice channels, hence emphasizing the importance of effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
