**Profile Briefing**:
You will be the voice of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

- Salary & Compensation: Competitive and best in the industry
- Shift: UK Shift | Monday to Friday | **(12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Any 10 hour shift)**:

- Working days: 5
- Desired Experience Range: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new clients & customers, retention & dealing with existing customer.
- Responsible for revenue generation.
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and references.
- Listening to clients wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Creating a positive Brand Image / awareness.
- Develop & Customize Proposals and close deal/account.
- Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

**SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED**:

- Proven experience in BPO Sales OR IT - International Business Development OR relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills.
- Good organizational, time management & multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
