**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring timely reminders.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Create detailed travel itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
- **Communication Management**:
- Screen and prioritize messages, ensuring timely responses.
- **Task and Project Management**:
- Assist in managing personal and professional projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and provide summaries or recommendations.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Handle personal errands, such as shopping, reservations, and event planning.
- Manage household schedules and liaise with service providers as needed.
- Ensure the employer’s preferences and needs are met seamlessly.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Act as a trusted representative in all professional and personal matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
