- Collaborate effectively with clients and creative teams to understand project requirements and feedback.
- Enhance videos using sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and special effects to elevate the storytelling.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and video files efficiently.
- Propose creative ideas to improve video content quality and audience engagement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and incorporate feedback clearly and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.
- Reliable computer system capable of handling video editing workloads.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with audio editing and sound mixing.
- Familiarity with color grading and correction techniques.
- Background in film production, media, or related creative field helpful but not mandatory.
