Graphic Designer

**Position Summary**:
As the Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving visual excellence across all marketing channels. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our virtual event initiatives. You will have a big influence on your tasks and together with the rest of the team you will take part in the aggressive growth journey of the business.
- 3+ years of experience as a Designer in a B2B marketing environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on Technologies like - Cloud, SaaS or related industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage and coach other designers.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects/Blender Design System capabilities - MUST.
- Understanding trends and technologies for scaling and automating design processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Establish a design strategy aligned to Marketing Content Calendar which will be compatible across platforms and channels to increase brand and product awareness internally and externally.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, power points, sales materials, marketing brand kits, branding materials, social media graphics, etc.
- Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
- Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through Motion graphics, effective sequencing and editing techniques.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Competitive analysis and making sure to create design elements according to the latest market trends.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Blender.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
