**We are looking for a bright and sharp HR Recruiter to manage the complete cycle of recruitment.**

**Experience: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role including performance management, and employee relations**

**Objectives of this Role - Talent Acquisition (~80%)**
⦁ Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
⦁ Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
⦁ Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
⦁ Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
⦁ Stay active currently with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
⦁ Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
⦁ Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
⦁ Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
⦁ Provide coaching and guidance to more junior-level recruiting staff

**Objectives of this Role
- HR Operations (~20%)**
⦁ Sound knowledge to carry out day-to-day HR Operations activities (Benefits Administration, Raising and managing invoices, Time & attendance administration, employment letter preparation, etc...)
⦁ Should have working knowledge in HR software in handling end-to-end employee life cycle management (Onboarding to Exit)
⦁ Should have experience in handling employees at different management levels effectively.
⦁ Should have good experience in documentation and performing various checks & balances within the sphere of HR Operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
⦁ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
⦁ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
⦁ Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
⦁ Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
⦁ Proficiency with content management systems
⦁ Experience developing recruiting strategy
⦁ Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
⦁ Good Communication and Presentation Skills

**Salary**: ₹9,857.27 - ₹37,960.18 per month
