**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned product lines within designated territories by actively managing customer accounts and driving sales volume.
- Ensure Brand Consistency across all Marketing Channels. Manage content on company website.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- To develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, including in-store displays and consumer promotions.
- Actively participate in the launch of new products by presenting features and benefits to customers, generating excitement, and driving initial sales.
- Ensure efficient distribution channels by managing stock levels, delivery schedules, and inventory management at retail outlets.
- Regularly monitor sales performance, generate detailed reports, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Continuously update knowledge on product features, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and development programs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or +2 Pass out.
- Fluency in English is a must, other language fluency will be added advantage.
- Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in FMCG sales, preferably with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of retail landscape, distribution channels, and customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
