Responsibilities

- Overseeing the development and deployment of B2B Aggregator technology for customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KPI’s and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to acquire the best business solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10+ years’ experience with corporate management
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
- Hands-on experience with complex project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Attention to details
- An innate entrepreneurial spirit
- A dynamic approach to goal-setting and strategy
- Demonstrated success in previous leadership roles
- Natural communication skills and the ability to command a room

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a business related field
- Certifications in computer sciences and business administration

**Salary**: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad - 121012, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
