Job Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects from initiation to delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of technical projects, ensuring that requirements align with operational standards.

  • Identify contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
  • Develop project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation: Identify and document project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management with PMP certification.
  • Experience in various IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases.
  • Knowledge of software industry standards, e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma.
  • Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of company products and services.
  • Advanced skills in project management software, e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools.
