Job Title: Admission Associate/Relationship Associate

Department: Admin

Attend enquiries & convert walk-ins into admissions.
Assist new applicants in completing all administrative formalities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as defined by the Management Handle parents face to face explaining the admission process, fees structure and any other queries they may have regarding school. Update student details in the School ERP system. Manage the re-enrollment (rollover students) of current students for the succeeding year. Oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.
Keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrollment program. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Administrator.
Handle parent grievances in a systematic manner and report them to the Chief Administrator immediately.
Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations for admission enquiry purposes.
Perform School administrative and clerical activities when needed. Build broad knowledge on School admission activities and guidelines.
Updates to Chief Administrator: Forwards complete detailed reports of admission enquiries on a daily basis.
Updates Chief Administrator of any change in status of admission enquiries. Sends daily activity reports to the Chief Administrator detailing all tasks covered for the day

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
