**Profile Summary**:
**As an Admission Counselor - Inside Sales at FPA Edutech**, you will play a vital role in **shaping careers and transforming lives** by guiding learners toward global professional success. You’ll connect with prospective students, provide insights on our programs—**CFP®, ACCA, CMA, CFA, and CISI**—and support them through the admission process.

Using your **strong communication and consultative sales skills**, you’ll convert inquiries into enrollments while ensuring a **positive and inspiring student experience**.

**Programs You’ll Work With**:

- CFP® - Certified Financial Planners (USA)
- ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)
- CMA - Certified Management Accountants (USA)
- CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst (USA)
- CISI - Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective leads via calls and face-to-face counselling
- Guide students and working professionals toward the most suitable FPA programs
- Convert leads into enrollments and provide ongoing support throughout the course
- Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for smooth onboarding

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling telephonic calls and in-person consultations
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
