**Position**: Sales Executive

**Job Location**: Sector 2, Salt Lake, near Tank 8, Kolkata.

**Working Days**: Mon-Sat (2nd and 4th Sat off)

**Shift Timing**: 10 AM to 6:30 pm

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Qualification**:Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and feasibility studies for solar projects.
- Understand client energy requirements and design customized solar solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell solar products/services using persuasive technical and commercial arguments.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and ROI/Payback analyses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and solar financing models.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical sales role (preferably in Solar/Electrical industry).
- Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering basics:

- Fundamentals of electric power generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Key parameters: voltage, current, power factor, frequency, load.
- Knowledge of AC/DC systems, single-phase vs. three-phase supply.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical and commercial solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred).
