**Platform Management**:

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process orders, create shipping labels, handle returns, and resolve customer queries.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotional strategies across platforms

**Website Management**:

- Oversee the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring accurate stock levels, competitive pricing, and updated product listings.

**Product Listings**:

- Edit and post product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and appropriate keywords.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure product information is accurate and optimized for searchability.

**Catalog Creation and Design**:

- Use design tools like Canva to create engaging product catalogs, promotional materials, and banners.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s image and standards.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and other metrics to improve online visibility and conversions.
- Provide regular reports on e-commerce activities and recommend improvements.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and couriers as needed.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain and update inventory records and office documentation.
- Support in preparing reports, and data entry as required.
- Assist with office management tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and website management.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva for creating catalogs and marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
