**Telecaller Executive-Work From Home**

1. Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining the offers, and fixing meetings for the sales team.

2. Responsible for calling customers and answering their queries related to the project.

3. Contact potential and existing customers to explain the project in detail.

4. Keep records of calls and inquiries in MS - Excel.

5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.

6. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and amenities to prospective clients.

7. Schedule appointments for site visits and property walkthroughs.

8. Effectively handle customer inquiries over the phone.

19. Work together with the sales staff to make sure smooth lead transfer and communication.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
