The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive will work on a commission basis during the probation period, which is two months. If the sales target is met within the probation period, the Sales Executive will be considered for a permanent on-roll position with a base salary and additional incentives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Promote and sell products/services to customers
- Manage and update sales database and reports
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and campaigns
- Achieve sales quotas and targets
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals
- Payment collection

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, 10th pass or above
- Proven sales experience and track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work 6 days a week with Tuesday as the weekly off

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Commission-based pay during the probation period

Please note that the maximum pay for this position is 120,000 and the incentive offered on every sale will be 8%.
