1. Managing Online Platforms: Oversee the day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms

(e.g., website, marketplace accounts) including product listings, inventory management, and

order processing.

2. Content Management: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and

compelling product descriptions, images, and multimedia content to enhance customer

engagement and drive sales.

3. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion

marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.

4. Customer Service: Monitor customer feedback and inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and

ensure a positive shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and sales data to track performance, identify

trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization of

eCommerce operations.

6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

to ensure timely replenishment of inventory, manage stock levels, and optimize fulfillment

processes to minimize delays and backorders.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and

finance departments to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business goals and

objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
