We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Creative Designer** to support our on-demand e-learning projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on a wide variety of deliverables including:

- Designing for ILTs, WBTs, simulations, motion graphics, infographics, front-end designs, branding, and interactive assets
- Collaborating with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to interpret storyboards and bring them to life through compelling visuals
- Creating low and high fidelity wireframes to support design thinking and UX alignment
- Contributing to new business pitches, customer intake sessions, and presentations with creative visual inputs
- Staying updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, responsive design, accessibility standards, and content aesthetics
- Managing review feedback and tracking issues to closure within the internal quality framework

Key Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-learning creative design
- Proficient in:

- Adobe Flash
- Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Illustrator
- Sound Forge
- Ability to interpret storyboards and visualization cues to produce engaging and instructionally sound graphics
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles is an added advantage
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
