AutomationEdge is searching for a talented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in a software IT company. You’ll create engaging graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing, manage multiple projects, and stay updated with design trends.
**Key Responsibilities**:Design Creation**:
Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media.
Create engaging and on-brand graphics for websites, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and advertisements.
**Brand Consistency**:
Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
Maintain consistency in style and quality across all design projects.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with Marketing & other stake holders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
**Tools and Technologies**:
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design and incorporate them into projects as needed.
**Project Management**:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Provide regular updates on project progress and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience working as a graphic designer in a software IT company.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
