Overview:
The role of a Graphic Designer is pivotal within our organization, as it involves creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our marketing and branding teams to produce engaging designs that reflect our brand and drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
- Coordinate with external agencies and services as needed for projects
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Developing interactive design
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to the marketing team
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements
- Understanding design principles and staying updated on current design trends
- Collaborating with the marketing team to launch new campaigns and projects

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience with branding, typography, and packaging design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and passionate about creating exceptional designs
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
