**Your key responsibilities as an AI Scrum Master will include**:

- Strongly serving and supporting the organization, product owner, and scrum teams to delight customers with agility in mind.
- Owning key performance indicators and measurement protocols, initiating corrective measures when necessary.
- Establishing and driving interactions across all boundaries to achieve organizational, product, and team goals.
- Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, improving transparency and radiating information to project members and stakeholders.
- Guiding the team towards improving their work methods, encouraging self-organization and innovation.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring cross-team coordination, removing impediments when necessary.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an AI Scrum Master**:

- You are a certified SCRUM master with prior experience in an Agile, technical environment.
- You are communicative, facilitative, assertive, and capable of bringing transparency to team development.
- You have excellent verbal and written English proficiency (B2 and above).
- You have experience with the DevOps methodology.
- You possess applicable knowledge within most of the technologies used by the team, including DevOps, Azure/AWS, C#/JS/HTML/CSS/SQL/TypeScript,.NET/Node/Angular/React, Git, REST, and Networking.
